The 10-varietal coffee from Kerehaklu has been grown at a higher elevation. It produces coffees that are full-bodied and have some very distinct notes. This one in particular has the sweetness of caramel toffee and notes of cacao butter.
What's with the name?
A snake named Shieldtail 10 whose tail and head look similar and often appears during the harvest season. Farmers usually say shieldtail accompanies all of them during the harvest season.
