Shipping Policy

1. We are shipping freshly roasted coffees across India. Our coffees will be delivered to you in 5-7 days for locations outside Mumbai.
2. For Mumbai orders, the shipment goes out within 24 hours of placing the order. If you place your order before 6pm, you can receive it the next day.
3. Our courier partners are only servicing limited pin-codes across the country at the moment. We request you to check with us on the website in case you're unsure about your area serviceability.
4. We're dispatching all our orders Monday - Saturday.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. In case you've received a damaged/wrong product, please get in touch with us at the earliest and we'd be happy to help you.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we are happy to help you with that. Please read our cancellation policy below for more information:

1. Cancelling an order before shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

2. Cancelling an order after shipment: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s) to us, and issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) once the item(s) have been received and processed.
